  • How do I put a security deposit down?

    You can bring a check or money order into our office during regular business hours

  • What if my application is denied?

     If you are denied for any reason, you will get your deposit completely refunded. IF you are approved and back out, you forfeit your deposit.

  • What does it take to be approved for a rental?

    Each property varies on qualifications for approval depending on the owner. We run credit, criminal, and eviction history. The application takes 24-72 hours to come back once the verification process is completed. 

  • How do I pay rent?

    3 WAYS TO PAY RENT:


    1. Mail your rent to:  Elite Realty Management

    2. Pay online for FREE with your checking or savings account. Please provide us with an email address to get your account set up. (This is the most efficient way of paying)


    3. NIGHT DROP BOX you can drop your rent off in the drop box of our office building. Check or money orders only, made payable to Elite Realty Management or ERM.

    At NO time do we except cash!

     

    Please understand there will be a $20 service fee added for any rents that are dropped off in the office or paid in cash!
